Biography

Attorney Justin G. Randolph has been practicing law since 2001. As a student at the DePaul University College of Law in the late 1990’s, he took immigration law courses taught by experts in the field. A clinical asylum course at DePaul provided him with his first hands-on experience in very important and personal cases. After law school, Justin worked for boutique law firms where he handled a wide variety of immigration and employment discrimination matters. In 2004 he started the Law Office of Justin G. Randolph. The firm handled immigration and deportation/removal cases as well as employment discrimination and harassment cases in the Chicago area. In 2019, Justin and Phil formed Randolph & Holloway LLC focusing on employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other matters for employees. Justin still practices immigration law under the Law Office of Justin G. Randolph umbrella. Justin regularly practices in front of the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Human Rights Commission, the Merit Systems Protection Board, the EEOC, and state and federal court. In addition to his practices, Justin has been teaching immigration law and procedure since 2007 for students in the paralegal program at Wright College.

Biography

Philip Holloway is an experienced attorney with more than 22 years of employment law experience and was a partner in two national employment law firms prior to joining the Law Office of Justin G. Randolph as Of Counsel in 2016 . Mr. Holloway and Mr. Randolph formed Randolph & Holloway LLC in 2019. Mr. Holloway is a native of the South Side of Chicago and graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1999. Mr. Holloway has handled hundreds of age, race, national origin and gender discrimination claims as well as harassment/retaliation claims before the EEOC/Illinois Department of Human Rights and in the federal and state courts of Illinois. Mr. Holloway has also argued multiple appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and before the Illinois Appellate Courts. Mr. Holloway will bring to bear upon each and every plaintiff’s claim his extensive experience defending corporations and businesses in discrimination/retaliation claims. Coming from his background of defending such claims, Mr. Holloway’s insider knowledge of defense tactics, procedures and pressure points will serve to achieve the absolute best result for your case. Mr. Holloway also has experience representing clients in adjudicating long term disability denials, whistleblower claims, slip and fall cases, automobile accident cases, property damage matters, and eminent domain disputes.
